Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for various construction projects.
- Monitor project costs on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure they remain within the allocated budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify physical progress and verify the quantity of materials used.
- Manage subcontractor payments and ensure strict compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, progress claims, and variations for client approval.
- Assist in the resolution of contractual disputes and claims efficiently.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting adhere to local regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with QS software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction contracts, standard forms, and tendering procedures.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary project team.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
