You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, value engineering, and compliance with industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates for tender documents
- Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments for construction projects
- Manage procurement processes and supplier contracts
- Monitor project budgets and prepare financial progress reports
- Advise on contractual matters including variations and claims
- Perform site valuations and interim payment assessments
- Prepare final accounts and ensure timely client payments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of QS experience in Malaysian construction industry
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local building regulations
- Certified member of RICS or MQS preferred
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
