Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costs, budgets, and financial forecasting throughout construction phases
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and cost estimates for new projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and validate cost variations
- Analyze and report on project financial performance against KPIs
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize costs
- Advise on contractual claims, disputes, and risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate cost records and prepare monthly financial reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQSI) preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction cost management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost estimation software
- Knowledge of local building regulations and FIDIC contracts
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
