Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects
- Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-control measures to maintain budget compliance
- Manage procurement processes including supplier negotiations and contract administration
- Conduct value engineering analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare monthly valuations, payment certificates, and financial reports for stakeholders
- Analyze project risks and recommend financial mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., MQS) is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia
