Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting detailed cost estimates and preparing comprehensive project budgets.
- Monitoring daily project expenditures and ensuring strict compliance with financial plans.
- Administering construction contracts, including managing variations, claims, and extensions of time.
- Preparing monthly financial reports, valuation of works, and accurate payment applications.
- Liaising effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to resolve financial queries.
- Assisting in the preparation of the final account and project close-out processes.
- Ensuring all financial documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar QS role within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in construction cost estimation software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations, tender procedures, and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and communicate complex financial data clearly.
