Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents, contract documents, and bills of quantities for ELV and security systems projects
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Manage project budgets and provide cost advice to project teams and clients
- Monitor and report on project financial performance, including cost forecasting
- Review and process subcontractor invoices and payment applications
- Conduct value engineering studies to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial statements for project stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of claims and variations related to ELV and security systems
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in ELV and security systems
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles
- Familiarity with BMS, ELV systems, and security installations
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) would be advantageous
