Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications to determine project costs
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders
- Advise on contractual matters, including variations, claims, and disputes
- Manage subcontractor payments and financial documentation
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project costs
- Prepare and analyze project cash flow forecasts
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve financial and contractual issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and construction management tools
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legal frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS) is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
