Kemena Holding is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction project team in Limbang, Sarawak. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the financial success and contractual integrity of our projects.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimations, managing procurement processes, and overseeing contract administration from inception to final account settlement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control techniques, and standard forms of contract.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BQ) for diverse construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify works completed for progress claims.
- Manage the tender process, including preparing tender documents and evaluating contractor proposals.
- Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and specifications.
- Evaluate and settle progress claims, variations, and final accounts with subcontractors and clients.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials and services at competitive rates.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost variance analyses for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in quantity surveying or construction cost control.
- Strong proficiency in contract law, project documentation, and cost estimation software (e.g., Glodon, Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on-site in Limbang.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of standard industry forms of contract (e.g., PAM, JKR, or FIDIC).
