As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing costs, assessing risks, and ensuring value engineering across all phases of the construction lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of project costs, from initial budgeting to final account settlement.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation.
- Administer construction contracts, including variations, claims, and payment certificates.
- Conduct regular site measurements and valuations to ensure accurate progress claims.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, standards, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for Senior candidates.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s construction industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in QS software such as Bluebeam, Excel, and Procore.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Singaporean work pass (Citizenship or PR highly desirable).
