Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Analyze and prepare tender/contract documents including bills of quantities
- Manage project costs from initial estimation to final financial settlement
- Conduct risk assessment and financial analysis for construction projects
- Advise on commercial factors and contractual obligations
- Monitor project progress and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proficiency in construction cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Experience with remote work and graveyard shift schedules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts and industry regulations
