Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimation for road and bridge construction projects.
- Prepare progress claims and variation orders for project site operations.
- Monitor project expenditures and conduct regular site valuations to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage site requirements effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of project materials, labor costs, and progress reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications throughout the construction lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in construction, specifically in road and bridge infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and site measurement techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and standard industry estimation software.
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote project site environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay; ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
