We are looking for an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor / Senior to join Exponent Pte. Ltd.. Based in the heart of Upper Thomson, Central Region, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects. In this position, you will be entrusted with handling commercial projects from inception to completion. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate cost control, efficient contract administration, and maintaining financial transparency throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Quantity Surveying principles, with a proven track record in commercial construction. You will be responsible for preparing tenders, valuing work, and managing variations, ensuring that all commercial aspects of the project are meticulously handled.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from pre-contract preparation to final account settlement.
- Prepare, analyze, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation to ensure accurate cost estimation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring to verify workmanship and material usage against approved plans.
- Manage variations, claims, and contracts, ensuring all financial implications are accurately assessed and documented.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical and commercial issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit monthly payment applications and cost reports to maintain project cash flow.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying & Estimating.
- A minimum of [X] years of experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of local construction contracts and regulations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Bluebeam, PlanRadar, or similar estimation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail regarding financial data.
- Relevant professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIMA) is a plus for Senior roles.
