Macbuild Construction Pte Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of tender quantity surveying and ongoing project Quantity Surveying (QS) activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Quantity Surveying, from initial tender preparation to final account settlement.
- Prepare and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tenders, and cost estimates with high precision.
- Monitor project costs against the approved budget and report on any variances or potential savings.
- Negotiate contracts and subcontractor agreements to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress and material usage against the schedule and budget.
- Ensure all QS documentation complies with statutory requirements and company internal standards.
- Manage the payment applications and claims process for subcontractors and suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, with a preference for candidates with senior-level exposure.
- Strong working knowledge of local construction laws, building codes, and contract law.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with QS-specific software (e.g., Bluebeam, Excel advanced functions).
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Valid Singapore work pass eligibility (EP/S Pass).
