Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit competitive tenders, including detailed material take-offs and cost estimation.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditure, and provide accurate cost reporting throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements.
- Prepare progress claims, certify sub-contractor payments, and manage variation orders effectively.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and perform measurement of work done.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and stakeholders to resolve commercial and contractual disputes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all project-related financial transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience within the Singapore construction industry.
- Proficiency in standard construction software and Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel).
- Strong understanding of Singapore Standard Methods of Measurement (SSMM) and local building codes.
- Excellent numerical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse project stakeholders.
