Join Macbuild Construction Pte Ltd as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor and drive financial excellence in our dynamic construction projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze bills of quantities for tender documents
- Manage project costs, budgets, and financial reporting
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress and quantities
- Advise on contractual matters, variations, and claims
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for cost optimization
- Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts
- Maintain accurate cost records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant construction industry experience
- Proficiency in cost estimation and tender preparation
- Familiarity with SIA contracts and construction regulations
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Certification (e.g., RICS) is advantageous
