Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Singapore (STECS) is a premier leader in the civil engineering and infrastructure sector, renowned for delivering complex tunneling and underground projects across the island. We are currently inviting high-caliber professionals to join our dynamic team as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor based in the Central Region. In this role, you will be at the forefront of financial and contractual management for major infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the commercial health of our projects, from initial procurement and tendering to final account settlements. Working closely with our site teams and project managers, you will play a critical part in translating engineering progress into commercial value, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met with the highest standards of integrity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of contract administration and building documentation for designated project sites.
- Accurately prepare and verify progress claims to clients and evaluate claims submitted by sub-contractors.
- Conduct professional calls for quotations, perform detailed tender evaluations, and manage the sub-contractor award process.
- Identify, document, and value variation orders and potential cost impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project cash flow, prepare cost-to-complete forecasts, and assist in budget control.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to resolve commercial issues and contractual disputes.
- Finalize project accounts and ensure timely settlement of all financial obligations.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (Seniority assigned based on experience).
- Proven track record in civil engineering, infrastructure, or tunneling projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore construction contract forms such as PSSCOC, SIA, or REDAS.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a firm grasp of procurement and cost management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard QS software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
