Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities for steel structural projects
- Conduct cost estimation and value analysis for steel fabrication and erection
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and prepare variance reports
- Administer construction contracts and process payment certifications
- Analyze material take-offs for structural steel components
- Advise on cost optimization strategies for steel structures
- Prepare tender documentation and evaluate contractor bids
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years experience in steel structure cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Familiarity with FIDIC and Singaporean construction contracts
- RICS or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local building regulations and steel standards
