Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and tender documentation for M&E and electrical construction projects.
- Conduct thorough quantity take-offs from architectural and M&E drawings.
- Analyze tender requirements and identify potential risk factors, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
- Source quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers to perform comprehensive price comparisons.
- Prepare cost comparisons and analyze market trends to ensure competitive and profitable tender submissions.
- Attend tender briefings, site visits, and clarification meetings as required.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth handover from the pre-tender stage to the construction team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically within an M&E or Electrical construction environment in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and local construction cost benchmarks.
- Proficiency in tender preparation, contract administration, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders and vendors.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and construction management/estimating software.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
