We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor / Tender Executive to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for overseeing cost control processes, preparing comprehensive tender documents, and managing project budgets to ensure profitability. This role requires a proactive approach to negotiation and a keen eye for detail in contract administration. You will work closely with stakeholders, including clients and contractors, to ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and evaluate detailed tender documents and bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Manage project costs, budgets, and financial forecasting.
- Conduct site measurements, valuations, and interim payments.
- Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and report on financial variances.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction tendering or quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction laws and standard forms of contract.
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Bluebeam, Excel, AutoCAD).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
