Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze and evaluate tenders to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project requirements
- Manage project costs, including budget preparation, cost control, and financial reporting
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical and contractual issues
- Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and prepare monthly cost reports
- Assist in the preparation of claims and variations to ensure proper compensation for additional work
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in tender projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is a plus
