Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations using QuickBooks Online or Pro.
- Process and categorize invoices, receipts, and bills accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Coordinate schedules and calendar management for internal teams.
- Handle email correspondence and client inquiries professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant is a plus.
