Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze client requests for quotation (RFQ) to ensure all technical requirements are met.
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates based on material requirements and labor standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including procurement and engineering, to gather necessary data for comprehensive proposals.
- Maintain and update a systematic database of quotes, revisions, and client correspondences.
- Monitor the status of outstanding quotations and follow up with sales teams or clients to convert inquiries into orders.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company pricing policies and quality standards.
- Prepare weekly status reports on quotation activities for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the electrical or construction supply industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and estimation.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
