As a Quote Specialist, you will bridge the gap between technical project requirements and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for reviewing client inquiries, interpreting blueprints or specifications, and generating precise cost estimates. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately prepare, validate, and manage professional quotations for glass and aluminum projects.
- Interpret client requirements, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure precise quoting.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of product pricing, materials, and labor costs.
- Coordinate with the production and sales departments to verify feasibility and lead times for custom orders.
- Provide timely follow-ups on submitted quotations to track project status and capture feedback.
- Process purchase orders and ensure all documentation is finalized before hand-off to the operations team.
- Resolve any pricing discrepancies and provide clarification to clients regarding proposal details.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or technical quoting roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and calculation tasks.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings or construction specifications is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotations under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
