Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate price quotes and proposals to clients in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to determine accurate pricing structures and service delivery timelines.
- Maintain and update pricing databases and client records to ensure data integrity.
- Follow up on pending quotes to assist in closing deals and converting prospects into active clients.
- Address client inquiries regarding quotes, product specifications, and service terms.
- Monitor sales trends and report on quotation conversion rates to management.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in all documentation to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or a similar quotation-based role.
- Willingness to work onsite in Talisay City, Cebu.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
