You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop pricing strategies, and ensure quotes align with market trends and business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit accurate price quotes for IT hardware, software, and services within tight deadlines
- Analyze customer requirements and market data to develop competitive pricing strategies
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and technical teams to ensure quote alignment with client needs
- Maintain and update product knowledge and pricing databases for accuracy
- Manage end-to-end quoting process from initial request to final submission
- Conduct cost analysis to ensure quotes balance competitiveness and profitability
- Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and provide quote updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in quoting, procurement, or sales support
- Proficiency in ERP systems and quoting software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently under US shift hours
- Knowledge of IT hardware/software pricing models and market trends
- Experience with remote collaboration tools
