Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize decorative cosmetic formulations (foundations, lipsticks, nail polishes) based on customer requirements and market trends
- Conduct comprehensive stability testing and quality control to ensure product safety and efficacy
- Supervise production processes to maintain formulation integrity and manufacturing standards
- Collaborate with R&D team to innovate new product concepts and improve existing formulations
- Document formulation procedures, test results, and technical specifications
- Analyze raw material compatibility and recommend ingredient substitutions when needed
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements (BPOM, FDA) and ensure compliance
- Partner with marketing to translate consumer insights into formulation solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetic formulation, preferably in decorative products
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation chemistry, and stability testing protocols
- Experience supervising production processes in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in laboratory testing methods and formulation software
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts
- Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations and quality standards
