Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Research & Development department, setting strategic goals for product innovation and improvement.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including market research, formulation, testing, and commercialization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product launches.
- Ensure all new products meet strict quality standards, food safety regulations, and taste profiles.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and analyze consumer feedback to refine existing products.
- Manage the R&D budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Mentor and train R&D staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in R&D within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing diverse teams and complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of food ingredients, processing techniques, flavor profiling, and shelf-life stability.
- Strong understanding of local food safety regulations (e.g., BPOM, Halal standards).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
