We are seeking an experienced R&D Pharma Manager to lead our innovation in topical pharmaceutical formulations. This critical role requires deep expertise in developing semi-solid topical products, particularly creams and specialized dermal applications. You will spearhead the entire product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, ensuring compliance with BPOM and international regulatory standards while driving scientific excellence.
As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll manage cross-functional collaborations between formulation scientists, quality assurance, and production units. - Lead formulation development of semi-solid topical pharmaceutical products, specializing in creams and specialized dermal applications
- Manage and mentor R&D scientists, fostering innovation and technical excellence in product development
- Ensure compliance with BPOM, FDA, and other international pharmaceutical regulatory standards
- Oversee stability testing, clinical trials coordination, and documentation for regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes for topical formulations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities
- Develop and maintain R&D project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, or Chemistry; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years in R&D pharmaceutical formulation with 2+ years managerial experience
- Proven expertise in semi-solid topical formulations (creams, ointments, gels)
- Strong knowledge of BPOM, FDA, and international pharmaceutical regulations
- Experience leading cross-functional R&D projects from concept to launch
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for formulation optimization
- Proficient in stability testing protocols and quality control methodologies
