This pivotal role bridges research excellence with international trade compliance, ensuring our premium products meet global standards while expanding our export footprint. You'll spearhead end-to-end R&D projects from concept to commercialization, navigating complex regulatory landscapes across key international markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product development cycles, manage export documentation, and implement quality assurance protocols that align with FDA, HALAL, and ISO standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle R&D projects from ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with export market requirements
- Oversee export compliance documentation including customs clearance, certifications, and regulatory approvals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, production, logistics) to maintain project timelines and deliverables
- Conduct market research to identify export opportunities and adapt products for international markets
- Develop and maintain project budgets, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and prepare progress reports for stakeholders on R&D and export initiatives
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and emerging market requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, International Trade, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management with R&D or export focus
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian export regulations and international trade compliance
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for cross-cultural communication
- Certification in PMP or Six Sigma is highly desirable
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred
