Tanggung Jawab

  • Engage with customers to identify pain points and provide effective solutions to retain their business.
  • Execute recovery strategies for at-risk accounts through outbound and inbound communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial terms to resolve account discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance metrics related to retention and recovery rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, policies, and industry best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retention/collections roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and active listening abilities.
  • High proficiency in navigating CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering high-quality service.
