As an Audit Administrator, you will be the backbone of our assurance engagements. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our audit processes run smoothly, providing essential administrative and coordination support to our professional audit teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize audit documentation and engagement files in compliance with internal and industry standards.
- Coordinate communication between audit teams and clients to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of audit reports and executive summaries.
- Maintain and update project tracking databases to ensure real-time status reporting for engagement leads.
- Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and handle administrative logistics for audit engagements.
- Support the RAAS team in performing preliminary data validation and quality control checks.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and adherence to data security policies for all client information handled.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within an accounting, audit, or professional services firm.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote or hybrid team structure.
