Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Ultrasound, adhering to established protocols.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients throughout the imaging process, providing clear instructions and empathetic support.
- Operate and maintain advanced diagnostic imaging equipment, performing routine quality checks and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Accurately position patients and apply appropriate imaging techniques to acquire high-quality diagnostic images.
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and diagnostic accuracy.
- Maintain meticulous patient records, documentation, and imaging logs in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adhere strictly to radiation safety guidelines and protocols (ALARA principle) to minimize radiation exposure for both patients and staff.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay abreast of advancements in radiography and imaging technology.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Radiography or Diagnostic Imaging from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Radiographer, with demonstrated proficiency in performing X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound scans.
- Strong understanding of radiological principles, radiation physics, and patient care best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a demanding healthcare setting.
- Sound knowledge of medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Radiology Information Systems (RIS).
