- Establish and operationalize specialized imaging services at Eastern General Hospital
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with precision across multiple modalities
- Develop imaging protocols and quality assurance frameworks for new services
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment selection and installation planning
- Train staff on advanced imaging techniques and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations and hospital policies
- Participate in departmental planning and resource allocation decisions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in imaging services
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology
- Registration with Singapore Radiography Board or equivalent
- Advanced certification in at least one imaging modality (CT/MRI/DSA)
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital setting
- Experience in imaging department planning or equipment procurement
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols
- Demonstrated leadership in quality improvement projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
