Tanggung Jawab
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans
- Ensure radiation safety protocols and equipment calibration are strictly followed
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide clear instructions to minimize anxiety
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists to optimize imaging quality and diagnostic accuracy
- Implement quality assurance measures for imaging equipment and processes
- Participate in departmental training and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or Medical Imaging Sciences
- PRC license and valid Radiologic Technologist certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in diagnostic imaging
- Proficiency in operating X-ray, CT, and MRI equipment
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare environments
