Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate material planning schedules aligned with production requirements and sales forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels continuously to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring optimal working capital.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy and lead time management.
- Ensure the timely availability of raw materials to meet strict Customer Request Dates (CRD).
- Prepare and present regular inventory performance reports to management.
- Implement best practices in inventory control to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
