This off-island placement opportunity offers a unique chance to work directly with local fishermen, suppliers, and vendors to ensure our manufacturing operations receive the highest quality raw materials.
In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and procuring seafood raw materials that meet our stringent quality standards. You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely delivery of materials to our production facilities. Your expertise in procurement will directly impact the quality of our final products and our ability to meet customer demands.

Tanggung Jawab
- Source and purchase high-quality seafood raw materials according to production requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with potential suppliers, vendors, and local fishermen
- Conduct market research to stay informed about seafood prices, availability, and trends
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to manufacturing facilities
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production team to prevent shortages
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Experience in the seafood, food manufacturing, or related industry preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building supplier relationships
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and work off-island as required
