Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and WMS system maintenance
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training, performance reviews, and task delegation
- Implement safety protocols and compliance with OHS regulations
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments for material availability planning
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes
- Generate operational reports and KPIs for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience in manufacturing
- Expertise in inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with safety regulations and ISO standards
- Advanced analytical skills for process optimization
