- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection and inquiries regarding RC models and accessories.
- Maintain and clean crawler tracks, landscapes, and equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining event displays and promotional areas.
- Monitor and report any equipment damage or maintenance needs to management.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for hobbyists and new customers alike.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Passion for remote control hobbies, outdoor activities, or model building is a significant plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and operating cleaning equipment.
