We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious RC Pile Rig Operator to join our growing construction team based in the industrial hub of Tuas. As a specialist in deep foundation works, you will play a critical role in the structural integrity of our civil and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional capable of operating heavy machinery with precision, adhering to strict site safety protocols, and ensuring project timelines are met.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of hydraulic piling rigs, focusing on RC piles, driven piles, and spun piles. We pride ourselves on operational excellence and safety. If you have extensive experience in foundation engineering and a proven track record in heavy equipment operation in Singapore, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate hydraulic piling rigs for RC, driven, and spun pile installation projects.
- Interpret foundation layouts and engineering drawings to ensure accurate pile positioning.
- Conduct daily pre-operational safety inspections of the piling rig and auxiliary equipment.
- Manage rig maintenance schedules and perform minor on-site repairs to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with ground crew and supervisors for safe lifting, positioning, and pile driving operations.
- Ensure all piling works comply with BCA regulations and project-specific safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate daily production reports including pile depths, refusal counts, and material usage.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or 4 driving license (advantageous).
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Piling Rig Operator in Singapore.
- Expertise in operating various rigs for RC piles, driven piles, and spun piles.
- Strong understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations in the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret complex civil engineering structural drawings.
- Proven ability to work independently in a demanding construction site environment.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., Construction Safety Orientation Course) are highly preferred.
