Optum is looking for a passionate and experienced RCM Trainer to lead our healthcare collections teams. As an RCM Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs that empower our global workforce to achieve operational excellence. You will focus specifically on Accounts Receivable (AR) collections and HMO billing processes, ensuring that new hires and existing staff are proficient in claims management, coding compliance, and revenue cycle workflows. This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise and deep subject matter knowledge in the healthcare industry. You will facilitate workshops, develop training materials, and provide ongoing coaching to drive performance improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive training curriculums for RCM teams, focusing on Accounts Receivable and HMO billing.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and seminars to enhance learner development and drive performance metrics.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct shadow sessions and one-on-one coaching to support new hires and underperforming staff.
- Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
- Monitor training outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve instructional methods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Medical Billing, Claims Processing, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong working knowledge of HMO billing guidelines, claims submission, and denial management.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance in healthcare documentation.
- Experience in instructional design or training facilitation is highly preferred.
