Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update property listings on the MLS and other real estate portals.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and closing appointments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and CRM.
- Prepare, review, and organize real estate contracts, addenda, and disclosure forms.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating flyers, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital filing systems for transactions and client data.
- Conduct market research and prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs) for potential listings.
- Provide general administrative support to the real estate team, including data entry and calendar management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a real estate support role.
- Familiarity with real estate software such as MLS, Skyslope, Dotloop, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
