Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers through various marketing channels and networking efforts
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective clients
- Prepare and present real estate listings with compelling descriptions and high-quality photography
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for clients
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations in the Metro Manila area
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts including clients, other agents, and industry professionals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying or selling process
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as set by the company
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one if required
- Knowledge of the Taguig City and Metro Manila real estate market is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction
