Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential buyers and property sellers in the Tanza and Cavite area.
- Conduct professional property viewings and provide comprehensive tours to prospective clients.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate sales contracts and lease agreements with transparency and professionalism.
- Maintain an active database of property listings and update status reports regularly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and guiding them through the buying or selling process.
- Stay up-to-date with current market trends, property values, and local zoning laws in the Philippines.
- Collaborate with the Realaya team to develop marketing strategies for new listings.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive for commission-based success.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a flexible schedule effectively.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and digital tools to promote property listings.
- Must reside in or have easy access to Tanza, Cavite.
