Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various marketing channels and networking opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about features, benefits, and market value
  • Prepare and present property listings, contracts, and other relevant documentation
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
  • Stay current with market trends, property values, and regulatory changes in the Selangor region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners
  • Utilize CRM systems and digital platforms to manage client interactions and track sales progress
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; relevant certifications in real estate are advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Selangor property market and local regulations
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using digital tools and real estate software applications
  • Valid real estate agent license or willingness to obtain required certification
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
