Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive property valuations and desktop appraisals for residential and commercial assets.
- Analyze market data, comparable sales, and property listings to provide accurate value estimates.
- Prepare high-quality, professional valuation reports compliant with Australian standards and company requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely project delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market conditions and property regulations.
- Conduct physical property inspections or remote virtual assessments where required.
- Provide clear, actionable insights and valuation advice to stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure all appraisal documentation meets quality assurance protocols and internal audit standards.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in the Philippines (PRC License holder preferred).
- Strong background in property valuation, real estate appraisal, or quantity surveying.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for market data and detail.
- Proficiency in using property valuation software, databases, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Previous experience handling international real estate accounts (particularly Australia) is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple appraisal tasks under tight deadlines.
