- Market and sell premium Bali villas to international clients with professionalism and expertise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth buyers and investors
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about features, amenities, and investment potential
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals with exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new property listings in Bali
- Collaborate with our marketing team to showcase properties through various channels
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a real estate broker or sales professional (preferably in luxury property)
- C1 English proficiency with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of Bali's real estate market, property types, and regulations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Strong presentation skills and ability to showcase properties professionally
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain required certifications
- Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural communication
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
