Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and close real estate transactions from initial offer through final contract signing
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, and other relevant parties to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Bali's property market, including current trends, pricing, and legal requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate with legal teams, notaries, and government offices to ensure smooth property transfers
  • Prepare and review all documentation required for property transactions
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or property brokerage
  • Proven track record of successfully closing property deals
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good understanding of Indonesian property laws and regulations
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Valid Indonesian real estate license is a plus
