- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for real estate investments, acquisitions, and developments
- Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping operations for multiple luxury property portfolios
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and Bali-specific financial requirements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and investors
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization for property operations
- Collaborate with real estate teams on budgeting, cost analysis, and investment strategy
- Lead audits and implement robust internal financial controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- 5+ years of finance management experience in real estate or property development
- Expertise in Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and Bali-specific financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling software (Excel, Argus, etc.)
- Proven track record of managing multi-currency operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial reporting
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder presentations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
