- Promote property listings through various channels to attract potential buyers and tenants
- Assist clients in property transactions, providing expert guidance throughout the process

- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable deals for both clients and the company

- Prepare and present property documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with team members to share market insights and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong negotiation abilities and a persuasive, results-oriented mindset
- Deep knowledge of the Perak property market and local real estate regulations
- Proficiency in using property management software and digital marketing tools
