Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end property transactions for residential and commercial clients
- Conduct market analysis and property valuations to optimize pricing strategies
- Facilitate property viewings and present compelling value propositions
- Negotiate favorable terms between buyers, sellers, and landlords
- Prepare and review legal documentation including SPA, LOI, and tenancy agreements
- Develop and maintain robust client networks through proactive relationship management
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting property transactions
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling property listings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or negotiation
- Valid Real Estate Agent License (CEHA or equivalent)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in Johor Bahru market
- Advanced proficiency in negotiation techniques and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical skills for property valuation and market assessment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Malaysian property laws and regulations
